Initial Consultation

Our Landscape Designer, Bonnie Desmond, will schedule an appointment with you to discuss your vision, your plant preferences, your property’s unique challenges, and your budget and timeline.

Site Measurement and Drawings

Bonnie then spends some time on your property, taking measurements, noting light impact, studying runoff paths, and taking into consideration the structural and hardscape matters which will affect your new landscape. She then transfers all that information to a professional site drawing which will serve as the basis for the plan.

Plant Selection

Using her twenty-plus years in the industry, Bonnie then creates a plan of what plants will be installed at what points on your property. She overlays these choices on the Site Plan and provides you with a Plant List, describing each plant, its color, seasons, and needs. The Plan includes a budget for the entire project, which can be done all at once or in phases.

Installation

Upon your approval and acceptance of the contract, your highestgrade plants are chosen and the capable and professional installation staff of GS Lawn & Landscape transforms your yard into the dream you envisioned.
