Services Offered

Turf and Landscape Maintenance

We will mow your property every week during the growing season (April through mid-October) and every two weeks during the dormant season. Lawns are mowed to the recommended height for your particular turf. All planted beds will be weeded at each visit. We will trim specified shrubs on a twice monthly basis during the growing season and once a month or when needed dur-ing the dormant season. Edging will take place on all patios, walkways and driveways. All trimming and pruning excess will be removed from your property and all clippings will be blown away from travel areas.

Irrigation Maintenance

Your irrigation system will be checked for proper function twice monthly. Spray and rotor heads will be adjusted or repaired as needed. We will be responsible for maintaining the proper watering schedule dependent upon growing season.

Pruning Assessments

We will maintain all the trees on your property with proper and timely pruning, including palms, oaks, other trees, and ornamentals. We will provide center pruning, removal of dead wood, seed head and dead frond removal up to twice yearly.

Property Enhancements

We will provide seasonal flower changeouts and mulch replenishment on a schedule reached with each client. Proper irrigation will maintain the planting beds.

Hardscape Maintenance

We will provide cleaning of hardscape as needed and will also replenish hardscape material on a schedule reached with the client. Hardscape areas will be kept free of weeds.
